Starting, February 1, customers will see a few minor changes on their water billing statement.
- 1. Bills will have revised account numbers (last two digits and no asterisks).
- 2. Customers may still pay online, but the account number showing up on the credit portal will not be correct. Please refer to your paper statement when making payments..
