2-1-1 is a comprehensive information and referral line connecting callers to critical health and human care programs. 2-1-1 is free, confidential and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This is a service of the Heart of Illinois United Way and Advanced Medical Transport of Central Illinois.
