 When an inspection needs to be made please call the City Office at 382-3455 to schedule a time.  Please give inspectors at least a 24 hour notice.

Residential Permit Fees

Single- Family Building                        $300.00 + $10.00 for each additional $1000.00 or fraction thereof

Two-Family Building                            $400.00 + $10.00 for each additional $1000.00 or fractional thereof

 Multi-Family Building                          $400.00 (+ 100 each addt. Unit) + $10 for each addt. $1000 or fraction thereof

Pools need a building permit and possibly an electrical permit.
